Process:

Step 1- Submit Application with your payment not later than November 30th 2010

Step 2- Start working on your fundraising support packet immediately (Application fee must be paid)

Step 3- Submit healthy living article and photo  by Jan 31st midnight PST (winners go to next step)

Step 4-Pageant in Vegas March, 2011
